Description

A coarse beige linen wall hanging with red satin trim.  With the embroidered phrase: “Vanliga hembygd!  Solen aj skadar, Skönare land pa sin ensliga färd.” (Or: “Common heritage!  The sun does not harm Skane land on their journey”.  Above the phrase are embroidered images of a landscape featuring a black outlined church, a red house with black roof and smoke rising from its chimney, evergreen trees and a rising sun.  This is framed by an arch, Swedish flags on both sides, and pine boughs and acorns.  Unattributed.
