1978 City of Portland Bureau of Police intelligence report on Bonnie Tinker of the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence. Obtained from collection of investigative journalist Jim Redden. Tinker’s intelligence dossier was part of a collection of 1960s and 70s-era Portland police intelligence files discovered in an Oregon barn, and archived at the Portland Tribune for some years. Public Record Media holds related audiovisual interviews with Bonnie Tinker and Jim Redden, conducted by Matt Ehling in 2002. In her interview, Tinker called the allegations contained in the intelligence dossier an “alarming” mischaracterization of her actual activities.
