A white organdy child's dress with embroidery, lace and eyelet, and a dropped waist with a black velvet belt. The dress features angled hems at the cuffs, neck, bodice and bottom hem, vertical lace inserts at the center of the bodice, floral embroidery on the bodice, cuffs and bottom hem, lace loops for the black velvet belt which features two light blue fabric roses and one pink fabric rose at the front center. Four sets of five vertical pintucking columns on the back around a four-button closure.
