“Who’s Minding the Store?”  Report produced by Greater Minnesota Health Care Coalition (GMHCC).  August 2012.  GMHCC report produced and researched by activist Buddy Robinson.  GMHCC report concluded that the health maintenance organizations (HMOs) contracted to manage Minnesota’s public health care programs were being overpaid by the state of Minnesota.
