Description

A plastic female doll depicting the traditional provincial folkdrakt, or folk dress, or Rattvik, Dalarna, Sweden.  This outfit includes a black skirt, a ½-apron with horizontal stripes in red, black, green and white, a red felt vest with bright green thread laced closure, an off-white blouse, a red, white and green felt pocket purse, a red and white cotton scarf, a black cap with braid trim, an off-white ½-slip, and plastic red legs and plastic black shoes.  With a plastic head and hands, opening eyes, and ‘blonde’ fiber hair worn in a bouffant hairdo.  Unattributed.
