The skirt with built-in apron, sash, suspenders and back vest made for an American Girls Kirsten doll folk dress, or folkdräkt, costume resembling those from Rattvik, Dalarna, Sweden. This piece includes a blue fabric skirt with green trim at the bottom hem, a wide red waistband with four round silver-tone metal hoops with red ribbon lace closure and a built-in apron panel with horizontal stripes in red, yellow, green, white and black.
