Description

A blue waist pocket, or midjeficka, made of polyester/cotton and Swedish braid.  Teardrop-shaped, with fabric ‘hooks’ at the top corners for attaching to the accompanying apron (C-0497c-26), a rounded opening, and decorative blue Swedish braid with four daisies and stylized leaves.  Worn as part of a women's traditional Swedish National Costume folk dress, or folkdräkt, outfit.  See C-0497a-26 through C-0497c-26 for the other pieces of this costume.
